I have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with with national acts like Scott Holt, Percy Sledge, Rockabilly Hall of Fame Members such as W.S. Holland of the Johnny Cash Band, Carl Mann, Rayburn Anthony, Alabama Music Hall of Fame member Mike Chapman, and Grammy nominated bass player Sergei "Spooky" Olkhovsky to name a few.
I am available for pro tours of all kinds and am accepting demo and album sessions and showcases for artists both in Nashville and beyond.
I am richly blessed to be able to do what I truly love ..write and play music. A man who loves his work, never has to find a job.
I LOVE MUSIC- I know...every other site you see...I love music, but I truly do - it's in my soul...it's on my mind. I'm always humming, whistling, tapping along with something. I hardly ever turn on the radio anymore because I have so many songs/tunes/ideas turning over in my mind. I play sax, but I hear so much more. I hear guitar parts, and how they fit...I hear the drummers' stops and punches and try to match them or suggest other ideas...I hear horn parts and try to stay out of their way, but still fill in...I hear keyboard players and try to fill in what they can't reach...I listen to vocalists and try to play to build their part and make their job easier, whether it is a harmony vocal part or a ascending bass part.
