Music has always been a part of my life, more-so the last 6 or 7 years when I learned to play guitar. Ever since then, it's been almost impossible to live without picking up the old 6-string. It's just one of those things that makes life alot better.
My dad and I always talked about recording songs together, but never really got the equipment or motivation to do it up until recently. Although I live 2 hours away from my family (being in college), I still plan to record what songs we can during breaks and visits. I'm also hoping to record some songs of my own.
Provided that I do listen to a variety of music I do want to touch on as many kinds of genres as I feel comfortable (which will include classics, rock, rap, and so on).
