I'm a farmer (grain, hogs, but the cattle are for fun) ,married, three sons, one in college and two out of college who farm with me. The boys were always with me, I coached little league for seven years and spent 14 years taking them around several states to show their cattle and to judging contests where after ranking rings of livestock they donned sports coats and ties and delivered oral reasons to a panel, and later judged at the national collegiate level on full ride scholarships. I loved judging FFA proficiency finalists who epitomized determination and hard work (like someone on here). I miss talking to and getting to know all the young people around the midwest who were over achievers. I have a new found love for "fresh" music. There is something wonderful about those still singing more for love than money, though I hope you all get rich and famous! I see the same drive and determination I have admired over the past years in you youtubers. I love talking on here but I am very cognizant of my age and very humbled when befriended on here and read everything I post through twice looking for any hint of impropriety. So please talk to me. It keeps me from the evil clutches of talk radio and cable news LOL. And please please keep singing everyone! Thanks for teaching me there is something worthwhile on the coasts and hopefully you will find there is something worthwhile between them! Apologies to the few artists from the midwest! OH, but be warned, I wear my heart on my sleeve, so dont be surprised if you end up with a piece of it!
