It's just a struggle because I don't know if I want to warm my scream up because I want to get my voice back & screaming too much is one of the factors that causes the problem; I have to limit it to every other day.

Anyway ~ I nailed it down; it's vocal chord nodules and it's beginning to heal now; I had some simple habits to lose.

I totally saw this coming from previous internet experiences; they are called web snipers. That's why I disabled comments before the page was seen. :)
