I think he can gain weight if he wanted to. He could stuff himself with weight gainer and peanut butter and just keep eating till it hurts. He can become fat as hell if he really had that motivation. He just has to work hard and put effort into his eating.

The funny thing is scott doesn't work out with the ball. He works out with free weights and uses heavy weight so i don't understand why he's showing us this kind of workout when he doesn't do them this way.

great review... So many biased reviews. This was the review i was looking for. I agree, that the greens and whey is prolly real good for you, but it's way too expensive for a meal replacement. Your paying 4.60 cents a day for 140 calories. a yogurt would be much cheaper.
