Some college, self taught from a early age (assessed to uni level) however with the brain damage I need to learn/read/experience stuff repeatedly to retain the facts, otherwise I only retain the essence (inner knowing.) of what I learned, with no way to back it up/justify it w/ facts.Princess is in school and is getting all A's, but more importantly, she feels she is truly learning and is getting the most she can out of school. Yay!!!

Nutrition, Health, Healing, Compassionate Comunication, studying human behaviour and interaction. : ) Princess likes Runescape, Playing video games with Gramma, hiking in our woods, and earning and saving money. She's planning for her university costs and she's peeved the banks won't let her invest because of her age. : (

We rarely watch movies or TV. When we do it's House (Because I'm very much like him w/o the nastiness, and its fun to watch and see if we can figure it out before House does (did I mention I LOVE Sherlock Holmes and due to being ill for so long I have a large amount of medical knowledge? lol), Mr. Monk, and of course, the very best, BeastMaster(The series), simply because the acting was, for the most part, first rate. Everyone here likes Tao the best, followed closely by Zad. DG's acting was a bit wooden in the beginning, which is understandable considering what he was being asked to do. We think he should have kept the accent - it worked for the character. Jackson Raine is one of the most talented actors we have seen. Spot on in Every episode, there was never a moment we thought we were seeing anyone but Tao. He acted the role fully and with total realism, and completed the effort of storytelling and entertaining us with far more finesse and skill than we expected when we sat down to watch this unknown to us show. It is unfortunate he isn't involved in any productions that make their way to Canada. We think he is underutilized as a actor, if by choice, fine, but if not, what a waste of a rare talent. Unfortunately we haven't been exposed to much of Steven Grimes work as well the only other thing we've seen him in was the Scooby Doo movie. He managed to make Zad scary, funny, and cowardly, often all in one episode and that could not be a easy task. We Never miss a episode of BeastMaster, and we encourage everyone out there to check it out. If you like it, the series(all three seasons) is available on DVD. :)

Prince - of course! We listen to other stuff occasionally, but he's usually coming out of our speakers 24/7. We appreciate excellence here in our family, and when we find it we embrace it. :)

I Started reading when I was four years old and in the hospital - and thus developed at a early age my only "addiction"! Glad its a good one. :) I read A LOT. I love knowledge and learning. In the past week I've read J.L.Seagull (I enjoy Richard Bachs books - every time you re read them you get something different out of it), Ki: Handbook for Westerners, The Christ Commission, How We Die, Field Notes On The Compassionate Life - Awesome, Awesome Book! -, Mastery - short, simple, to the point and full of gems- anyone who enjoys the practice of Aikido will like this book -, The Pilgrims Progress, Eating Alive, Dosages and Solutions (workbook for nursing), The Power Of The Subconcious Mind - More a compendium then anything else, it's not really a in depth book-, Body Reflexology, and The World Of The White Tailed Deer. This week I'm starting with Psychology of Reasoning, which I think I'm going to enjoy because it's such a brain buster! Princess is reading Rascal - A book that tempts me to kidnap a kit next year because Sterling North makes it sound so wonderful to raise a raccoon! lol
