Unknown Postage Stamp
this is a weird postage stamp that i cant identify, so if you guys can help i will appreciate it.

@Elisheval Good guess, and very observant. But this stamp is actually a 1908 issue from Austria, used to buy newspapers. The face is that of Mercury. The Scott Catalogue number for it is P15. Worth only the most minimum value, but a nice stamp anyway.
