Can you please tell me how you got the faces onto Skarloey, Rheneas, and Peter Sam? Because I tried making their faceless and faced RWS counterparts myself, but don't know how to put faces onto models.

do you mean making the models? if yes, you'll need a 3d modeling program, I would suggest Blender, it's free and there are very tutorials for it on Paul Hobbs' trainz website.
