Hace unas semanas se hizo en México un video sobre la discriminación donde varios niños tenían que escoger entre un muñeco tez blanca y uno de tez oscura, la mayoría eligió el de tez blanca. Esto dio un impacto en las redes sociales y fuera de ellas, varios comentaron sobre el video: " Que pena de país" "Así somos en México" "Triste pero real".
El interrogatorio que se le hace a los niños es lógico que respondieran de esa manera prefiriendo al muñeco de tez blanca ya que los símbolos y esteriotipos que representan lo bueno son de color blanco la gran mayoría.
EJEMPLOS: Paloma blanca, Dios es representado como blanco, Oscuridad es negra, los Gatos negros, La muerte es negra.
A nuestro parecer unas preguntas con respuesta casi lógica para niños de esa edad, sumado a eso que son actores
el proceso con el que se hizo el estudio original fue erróneo ya que utilizando bases de psicología del color occidental lo relacionan con otro tema ajeno como es el racismo, haciendo preguntas a los niños totalmente direccionadas, sacando conclusiones en base a esta confusión y como se menciona al final podría utilizarse en lugar de un bebé un carro y serían los mismos resultados.
