its not wrong they play offtune cause they down tuned their guitards so it is easier to sing for him live its a common thing bands do (expecially coverbands)

No offense but ed sloan is waaay better than that back-up i must even say the back up singer isnt that good at all. And playing guitar and vocals is harder than just focusing on vocals anyway he does great expecially at the end of the song he hits all the high notes and improv!
