The Church has NOT replaced Israel. But rather we've been grafted into the Olive Tree, which is Israel. A symbol of YHVH's covenant and divine blessings promised to Abraham and the Patriarchs. As Paul says in Romans 11, "the Gentiles are wild olives partaking of the root where some of the branches were broken off". So, DO NOT BOAST. Because if God did not spare the natural branches, neither will He spare you! You don't support the root. The Root Supports You. God has always kept for Himself a Remnant (like the 7,000 men who did not bow down to Baal).
