The Judeo-Christian Outreach Center (JCOC) is a ministry cooperative dedicated to serving the chronically homeless, veterans, single adults and families suffering from the effects of poverty, homelessness, substance abuse and mental illness.

Over two decades, we have expanded services and evolved into a full-service recovery center for 50 residents from single men, women and couples with or without children to single parents supporting a family. With the support of federal and state grants, private and foundation donations, we are currently building transitional and permanent affordable housing for homeless adults with disabilities and homeless veterans in Virginia Beach.
