after some few cable chest flyes and some bench press warm-ups at 135lbs, 185lbs, 205lbs, 215lbs,(Only 205, 220 and 225 are showed in the video abo...

first time ever, i did 190 lbs for 7 reps.

i weight 135 lbs.
