This looks awesome!!! Only wondering if the gameplay won't experience the same problems as Empire, that it's a bit too new and doesn't appeal to veteran players.

I want to play online, but my internet connection sucks, it keeps falling out. Also, I don't think my laptop can handle it, especially with Empire or Napoleon

@junshooter12 You can set up the unit size in the graphics options to huge.

Shouldn't the Roman soldiers be wearing mail instead of lorica segmentata? And shouldn't they be fighting as different soldiers, because Marius reformed the army and the soldiers he shows now are the later evolutions of those Romans?

Around the time of William the conquerer, he wouldn't have longbows.

PoM is best at the melee total war games. He's good at Empire and Napoleon, but not the best.

PoM NEVER uses his real name, so how do you know when you battle him? The name in the screen even says: jered or something. He didn't tell you he was PoM

@loadedClownZ Yes, at the battle of Agincourt, the French had crossbowmen, but the English longbows defeated the French knights and crossbowmen. Also, in tightly packed masses, the reload rate of a longbow would be more effective than the punching power of the crossbow.

@KR4syth The elephants charge into a very narrow wedge, hitting a lot of spears. The Spartans are gold attack, defense and max chevrons. Furthermore, to start with the Spartans have a lot of hitpoints. Lastly, outnumbered spartans die in open pitched battles as they can easily be surrounded.

@mineycrafty99 Yeah, they had the man power to defend the bridge and send people back to get supplies. Also, on this game a mass rout is easy when everyone is massed like that on a bridge.

Hang on a minute. I see the point of the castles, but both of you are forgetting that the travel is more important. It's simply cheaper to go to Paris from mainland Europe. Just take a train or a car. To go to Britain, take a boat/ Eurotunnel/ airplane on top of the costs of just simply reaching ...

Wow, the graphics have really improved! I own them all with the exeption of Shogun 2. They're all awesome, Rome for it's great balance. Medieval 2 for the knights and emerging gunpowder. Empire for the map and Napoleon for the sweeter graphics.

He charged a bottleneck head on, without any supporting troops against artillery and without his routed cav. His general is dead, so he can't rally his troops. And he wins. Genius.

Minecraft total war. Graphics on his screen are good, but the recording with a camera instead of fraps screwed it up.
