About Defy Studio Fitness channel
"Since I was 12 fitness has been a top priority in my life. Luckily, the passion for working out has stayed with me over the years. Exercise is the only thing that I have found that helps me with the occasional laziness and depression that sometimes creeps into my life. Thankfully, I have The Will to get into the weight room and kick it and The Strength to get in the car and drive to the studio in order to "shake it" with my friends. More importantly, I will give you The Energy and The Motivation to get dedicated to and have fun with Zumba Fitness®! I sharing my love of Zumba Fitness® with anyone who is willing to pick themselves up and ZUMBA-ZUMBA! You in?"
