I honestly see the intention behind this bill, but I think it is overstepping some boundaries. It will allow people to be charged with the "intent to commit disorderly conduct"; which is balderdash.

So many harmless things would be sacrificed for a small minority of harmful acts on the internet. I have mixed feelings to be honest. What I want and what should be done aren't overlapping in this case.

My biggest problem is the false dichotomy (Not theory A, Therefore God). You can't prove a positive by disproving only one of many alternative positives. (i.e. It did not rain, therefore it snowed) Doesn't hold true necessarily.
