@nachothebassplayer You can build staggering amounts of strength without building much muscle. Training with low reps you can teach your nervous system to make vastly more efficient use of your muscles. Keeping reps very low also doesn't cause hypertrophy, which is needed for muscle growth.

The magic items have no relevance to the plot, and there's plenty of items to go around elsewhere. I never knew how to get a hold of these and it was never a problem. Origin did put in a keyring, but not until Ultima VII part 2 in the addon pack.
