FU it all! FU was a damn sexy elder gentleman. Richardson's performance defined the series hilt to rapier's bite. His seductions-of women and men--were obvious and right on key. The problem only lies in who among his viewership would not have culled and unsavory desire to be taken, and taken down...

Whoever mentioned that this conversation should only pose suchgrand thoughts in a bar--a pleasantly dim-lit one with an excellent wine list--I second that discursive geographical intervention. I'd find deliberating over the meaning of the infamous John Hurt, his glorious Moment, and other grand M...

Wow. An Entire B+. How incredibly benevolent to end a movie review with a dismally eager 'B+ for effort', delivered as if written on a wet tissue and left to seep ever so slowly into the realm of 'barely tolerable'. Sinking and brooding... as if the clammy gaze of a weird kid in HS sinking into t...

Wait up now... I sense that at some deep, pulpish level--perhaps--he enjoyed the film version.
If only Olbermann's analysis and evaluations were less subtle--& he wore his

What a great reminder of one of my favorite films. I don't know how many times I've seen it--which I suppose is the point. Solid start to finish, from the first viewing till the next--until I get it right I suspect... highly recommended viewing for anyone anywhere at any time. Period.
