The Steelers have looked inconsistent. There are times I think that they are the best team. Even better than the Packers. Losing to Baltimor twice is tough. Baltimore cannot explain losing to Tennessee, Jacksonville and Seattle. The Steelers beat those 3 teams with ease. I still love the Steelers chances to win it ll but they have some work to do before then.

Sorry. It's been a while. I've so busy lately. Yeah the Sox off season is really hectic. Tito and Theo are both gone. I at least thought one of them would stay. Lackey has been a waste. He won't even pitch next season. Papelbon signed with the Phillies for four years and 12 million per year. That's nuts. I'd take Heath Bell over Paps. David Ortiz needs to be re-signed. Even with all of the problems I still think this team will compete for a championship next season. They'll still have Beckett, Lester, Buchholz, Ellsbury (should've won the MVP),Pedroia, Lowrie, Gonzalez, Crawford Saltalamacchia and Youkilis. I love Ryan Kalish in right field. Plus Wheeler and Bard in the bullpen. The bullpen, & the back end of the rotation need to be addressed.

The Red Sox frustrate me. They need to win the next games no question about it. They can't depend on the Yankees to help them by beating the Rays. Talk about a worse case scenario. The Rays and Red Sox are tied for the wild card with two games to go. The Rays have Hellickson and Price going the next two games. Te Yankees owe the Sox nothing. They don't have to play the Rays hard. While it would be easy to assume the Sox can beat the Orioles, the O's have been given us a poblem all season. I hate for the season to end like it began but it really seems that's where it is headed unless a miracle happens. It's hard to say the Sox need starting pitching. They have Beckett, Lester and Buchholz(when healthy). That is a great trio. Any team, would want that. I hope they can win the next games to get in or at least force a one game playoff against the Rays.

The Steelers have rebounded nicely. Although Ben is turning the ball over too many times in just 3 games. I think he has 4 interceptions and 4 fumbles. That is just horrible for an "elite" quaterback. Polamulu was Polamulu in the game against the Colts. Troy just took over when the game mattered the most.

Thanks for the good wishes on the 4th of July. My family and I had a great time. My niece Lay'la is 4 months old so we had new member of the family to enjoy the holiday with us. How about, you? Sorry it took so long to respond. I've been a little busy. The Sox played good against the Rangers. Gonzalez is on a tear. I like to think the loss against the A's is just apart of baseball. It's a long season and good teams have games like that. I just hope the rotation can get it together beyond Beckett and Lester the rest of the rotation is inconsistent. They miss Buchholz. I think they'll ultimately hold off the Yankees but it'll be tough. Some more goods news.. Football season starts soon. Pittsburgh Steelers... I can't wait for week 1. It isn't just any game. It's the Ravens.. What a way to start the season!

haha, let's hope! i don't think i can deal with another tense off season lol.

i'm doing well :) it's getting closer to school starting again and i'm anxious to get back (as much as i will probably hate it by october lol). so how's the family? :)

They've definitely turned it around since their 2-10 start, haha! And I really hope you're right. I don't think I can part with Tek :( lol.
