Movies and Shows: My four favorite directors are Alfred Hitchcock, Quentin Tarantino, Fredrico Fellini, and Philip Kaufman. I like a lot of old movies. I was impressed with the film Secretary, as well as with The Illusionist. The shows I like are Coupling, Sex and the City, Desperate Housewives, Will & Grace, Just Shoot Me, Fawlty Towers, Keeping Up Apperances, Monty Python, Are you Being Served?, Family Guy, American Dad and Futurama.
Music: I like a whole bunch of different music and I am way to lazy to write it all down. One of my all time favorite songs is La Vie en Rose.
Books: To put it simply, I like books. To put it truthfully I love books, and here is what happens when I try to be a bit more specific in my likes/loves. Anything by Terry Prachett, Douglas Adams or H.P. Lovecraft. Goethe's The Sorrows of Young Werther and Goethe's Faust. Anna Karenina, the plays of Sophocles, Euripides and Aeschylus. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Heinlein's Have Spacesuit, Will Travel. Oscar Wilde. Love in the Time of Cholera. Midaq Alley. Murakami's South of the Border, West of the Sun. All of Shakespere. Spenser's The Faerie Queene. Sir Philip Sidney's Arcadia as well as his poetry and prose. Herodotus. The Thousand and One Nights. The Illiad and the Odyssey. Rosemary's Baby, the Boys from Brazil, A Kiss Before Dying, and This Perfect Day, all by Ira Levin. I also enjoy the works of Patricia A. McKillip, Robin McKinley, Terry Brooks, Piers Anthony, Asimov, Ray Bradbury and J.K. Rowling. The LOTR and Chronicles of Narnia. I also enjoy James Joyce and The Alexandria Quartet by Larwance Durrell. My favorite poet is Christina Rosetti. I also like the works of Anais Nin.
