This is amazing, I ride at Cadence Creek in Edmonton and we do this for groundwork lessons and in-hand work and it is amazing what you can accomplish! Im not very good at it yet, cause i keep dropping my shoulder, but it will get there. Chris Irwin is coming to us in March, I cant wait!

@xElizabethloveablex first u should put the elasticy side of the girth on the left side first and put it on the first whole, then go around to the other side and do the girth up as much as needed so that u can fit the plam of your hand underneath, and so that while u r doing groundwork before u r...

make sure you r on the right bend for your horse and make sure your reins are tightend so that he does not feel lost, good job :)

there is no such thing as natural horsemanship! there is nothing natural for a horse to want to be able to be ridden. If he were actually doing "natural horsmanship" then he would have known that grabing at a horses head is a preditorial action!

your stirrups are too long!!! Well i only know about english saddles but i dont think that you can post with stirrups that long and espesially with a western saddle
