A random collaboration of musical guys got together in a living room, and the rest, as they say, is history.

What began as a chance meet up at Ryan's birthday bash turned into so much more. In the space of a few hours a band was formed; "We'll Play Anything" was the cry! Fast forward a week and Dan found himself waking up to an email from his friend Ivan. "What's this? A competition to enter?" Dan phones Ryan to inform him that they must start writing a hit immediately. After checking Patrick was free to make the track, the beginning of melodic mayhem commenced down at Imperial's practice room. Very quickly jazz became reggae with a swing twist. Again the band proceeded to a Jam at Dans house where the song took on new Indie Rock undertones and for a while that was the way the track was understood to be performed. WAIT, I forgot to mention the trumpet! "Hey," says Ryan, Trumpets would sound good right?" TA DA! After deliberation the band agree the song needs to increase in tempo AND THEN they dial it back before Ryan's lungs imploded from a lack of oxygen. That brings us to a cancelled opportunity to record, a successful opportunity to record, one lost bass track, one trilling trumpet, one extraordinarily knackered Ryan (not to mention the rest of the band) and one, at this point in time, slightly flawed recording, i'd say pretty good show chaps.
