About It's eS productions
The Music Department
It's eS productions was founded by Mark Hilkemeijer in 2002. The then-thirteen-year-old musician wanted to copyright and store his original songs professionally.
The name It's eS is derivered from Mark's artist name, Ejay Snakehill, which he has always used for his digital music productions since the year 2000. It's eS simply means "It is Ejay Snakehill's" and is usually pronounced, "It's-us".
Until the beginning of 2007, the music department remained solely for Ejay Snakehill's production and copyright purposes. Then Mark started contacting different musicians via YouTube, MySpace, artist message boards and personal connections to get a group of artists together. An international record label for musicians was born.
