I've been playing piano for quite sometime now. I started piano lessons at the age of 10 years old, but got sick of learning the typical Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, etc. I wanted to learn what was more modern and new, but since my parents weren't paying the instructors to teach me that, I decided to learn on my own. Since I've been playing guitar for years, I picked up some guitar tabs and started transcribing them to piano chords, and then would figure out other notes to the song. But for the most part, a lot of my songs are played by ear.

I have a wide range of music that I listen to. While I was with my ex-girlfriend, she got me into Plain White T's and Red Jumpsuit Apparatus. We had a little falling out, but hey, that's life.

Music has been a major part of my life, and always will be. Anytime I see any piano, I have to stop and play it. I guess you can say that's my guilty pleasure. I tend to be a showoff at times, especially when my brother learns a new song that I already know. We'll battle it out til one gets bored and walks away.

Last but not least, I'd like to thank my Mom and Grandma, for buying me a piano, piano lessons, and putting up with late night practices. I love you and always will.
