the quraan does not say ; that the witness of woman is worth half of that of man ''and get 2 witnesses out of your own men, and if there are not 2 men ,then 1man and 2 women, so that if one of them errs the other can remind her'' the reason is that mentally and phsyically women are weaker than men.
