Q: Is the GSXR-750 a good beginner bike?
A: Absolutely NOT.
Q: Can I flat foot the GSXR-750 if I am 5 feet tall?
A: Probably not. I am 5' 11" and can flat foot it alright.
Q: Whats the price range of a used GSXR-750?
A: Anywhere from $3500-7000.
Q: How do you know if you are getting low on fuel?
A: The GSXR-750 is equipped with a low fuel light. If the light comes on, you have roughly 35 miles to the nearest gas station.
Q: How much gas does the GSXR-750's gas tank hold?
A: About 4.5 gallons. Their is a 1 gallon reserve.
Q: How heavy is the GSXR-750?
A: The dry weight is 359 lbs.
Q: What is your average MPG?
A: 37
Q: Do you think the GSXR-750 is a good motorcycle for someone who travels 20miles a day?
A: That's really dependent on what you want in a motorcycle. This is a super-sport, very agressive riding position, low MPG, and lots of power to go with it. Is it the best for commuting? Absolutely not, there are much better options for commuting. Is it do-able? Sure.

A: 155 horses at the flick of a wrist.
Q: Is the GSXR-750 good on the highway?
A: Yes. You can pass cars with ease. Also, at a weight of 360 lbs, you will be vulnerable to the wind.

Q: So if you had it to do over again, and all other things being equal including price, would you still choose this bike or a ninja 500?
A: The Suzuki beats the Ninja 500 in looks, price, reliability, insurance costs, etc. The only thing the Ninja 500 has is a tiny bit more HP, which isnt really noticeable anyway. Definitely would buy the GS over the Ninja.
