Sometimes it isn't the idle screw as to why it won't idle properly, trust me on this. I had that problem one day, and it got worse, took off the gas tank and drained the fuel to find that the petcock screens were full of shit. cleaned it all out and it ran perfectly again.

A CT70 was called a CT70 cause it had a 72cc engine with a 3 speed semi auto clutch. Never heard of having an original CT70 with a 100cc motor, but I guess it's possible. only one that was different was the CT70H models, 4 speed manual trans and really I think that was the only difference.
