Well, its a leg press machine designed to work leg muscles. I think the shoulder press or incline bench press machines might be a better choice. Justifying someone using a machine for what it was never intended to be used for is just as silly as watching this dude in the video.

@Wolfmaster890 sorry, i guess it sounds like I'm stereotyping. At ballys and golds in my area, they are a lot messier than the gym I go to now. My gym is not nearly as bodybuilding oriented as ballys or golds.
