@TheSchimmi The only reason I own a pair of iBeats is because they came free with my phone. They're good headphones, don't get me wrong, but I would never pay $100 for them. My former $10 Wal-Mart pair sounded just as good. I'd also recommend Sennheiser, they're the best I've ever tried.

@reviathon360 If you are using a power supply that plugs into the wall this is most likely residual ripple in the power supply's output. Try powering it from a battery and see is it goes away.

The insanity plea shouldn't be abolished but it seriously needs to be revamped. Too many criminals that deserve to go away forever walk out of a cushy psychiatric hospital after a year.
