Casual gamers:
Yes, a casual can have as much knowlegde about a game as a hardcore. But heres the difference. A casual may think a certain mechanic is fine because the players at his skill level dont abuse the mechanic. A hardcore may dislike the same mechanic because he is at the highest tier of skill, and the mechanic is abused the whole game. Same mechanic, different perspective. A mechanic needs to work at the top tiers of a game, so it can never be exploited.
