Key initiatives in New Mexico include: addressing the high drop-out rates of young adults by expanding when and where learning occurs (Education 360), developing pathways to college and careers (NM STEM Network), and working closely with industry to expand employment to young adults based on a skill-based paradigm (New Options NM). National work includes key partners including the National Governor's Association, The Manufacturing Institute, National Skills Coalition, and other non-profits working to advance the U.S. Workforce economy.
