I understand you...it's hard to tell mothers. But sometimes it's worth it. They also use to have therapy in school, you can maybe ask a teacher about it. You don't really need to tell your mom...but it's really the easiest way. And because the most therapy cost money (sometimes) it would be the best ide to tell her. It would be good for you...trust me, it does help!
