Industrial Sonomechanics (ISM) offers bench and commercial-scale ultrasound liquid processors, homogenizers and wet milling systems able to provide very high ultrasonic cavitation intensities and processing rates. Our mission is to help businesses optimize their ultrasonic processes and subsequently implement them in commercial-scale production. Application examples include: production of nanoemulsions, nanocrystals and wax nanoparticles for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food, ink, paint, coating, wood treatment, metalworking, nanocomposite, pesticide and fuel industries, as well as degassing of liquids, particle deagglomeration, cell disruption, extraction of algal oil, production of biofuels, crude oil desulphurization, polymer and epoxy processing, and more.
