Paul Weller has made a really good version of this song but there is more to this song than you might think...

Its not better that GL's version and cerytainly not better than PP&M's version. Its proof that any GL song can be interpreted in many differnt ways. Get a grip ppl. Dylan said that when he hears a GL song he never wants it to end.

@redryan20000 nothing wrang with falsetto but a male singer with such a high range as JA is better, thats all.

And yeah they have dropped down a little here, but not the usual, full octave that so many singers suffer from so many years later.

I am gonna set up a new brit rock/folk and general singer/songwriter radio sation next year. Not just prog but other genuine brit talent covering the late 60's to early 80's and occasionally beyond.

Interesting point. The ONGF album seems to be a cross between the two favoured styles.

The only version of this song other than Roberta Flack's that stands up. The rest are cheap imitations of the original but this one is a re-imagining and it is wonderful.

Actually FFVII storyline is almost a direct copy/paste of the FFVI storyline.

One of their best. One of THE best.
