King Ultimate, the name given to the now Producer and Musician, Ray Sheard Jr., was given to him by the childhood friend known as Prince 0mni. A friend that would one day become one of the many artists on the roster of King Ultimate's ever growing list of associates on his journey through the music industry.

Then just a spark, King Ultimate began to hone his talents as a musician at a young age. Playing music cognitively as early as the age of three, he now boasts a wide array of instrumentation that spans from the piano, to the lead guitar, and from the drums to the bass guitar. King Ultimate furthered the refining of his musical talent by attending the Los Medanos College Music program in Pittsburg CA. Where he majored in Recording Arts. After his first semester he was introduced to music production in August of 2001. Given his early start In music, King Ultimate excelled quickly, gaining noted respect from his peers and instructors alike. After performing for years, incorporating his own, as well as dictated material, King Ultimate has learned the spectrum of the creative process from both sides of the mixing board. And he has grown vastly in the production arena, developing a unique yet individual style that rivals the best in production in the music industry today.

King Ultimate remains a musician first, this gives him an edge over the pure producer. While his technical skills and natural aptitude for technology add a depth to his musical skills. The Bay Area born and bred King Ultimate has worked with at a tireless rate with a host of talent including: The Almighty Damasscus Khan, Go Dav, Jimmie Reign, Paul Wall and the Jacka. His body of work ranges from underground hip-hip, to pop-star franchise music, all with his own musical "Midas" touch.

Here in the next phase of King Ultimate's endeavor, he has merged with his production protégé, Will Beck, and business mogul and visionary, Denmark Vesey, to form the multi media production company "The Sophomore Class". and king Ultimate expands his boundaries once again.
