For whatever reason we all seem to struggle at times with our ability to consistently maintain "Positive Thoughts". One obvious reason is that it seems we are constantly being subjected to the negative ("No" as opposed to "Yes"). Bad news seems to be everywhere, and it seems to "always get worse before it gets better". To such a point that we are "surprised"or feel "lucky" when we have a "good day".
