She's a young girl, probably just learning, so my complaint isn't about the music... It's that as soon as I heard it and tried to hit pause, the video didn't pause. I hit it again, and then a third time. It didn't pause. I had to listen to it all. The whole twenty-one seconds.

His rate of fire really was not all that fast. Nothing unreasonable about it. AR's don't have all that much recoil, so if he has any kind of skill, I see no reason why he wouldn't be able to reacquire his target and fire a follow-up shot in under three seconds.
