The purpose of this channel is to motivate people that are in search of a healthier lifestyle...
Most of the people that you will find in here and that are subscribed to this channel are in the quest of Losing Weight ..

There is a very large community here in You Tube of people who are vloggin their weightloss journey and from time to time we get together and create challenges to motivate each other into reaching our goals..

WE (the originators of this channel) came to a conclusion that sad to say many of the people that are usually in these challenges either:
*fall off track
*quit You Tube or
*just never reach their goals

We actually started this just like another challenge but we wanted to see other people succeed and stay motivated along this LONG journey and doing this its evolving into something huge

(you will find people that just need to get into better shape, other need to lose between 20 - 300 lbs or more )

Everybody is tryin their own method either SouthBeach, Atkins, Master Cleanse, Eating Clean & Exercise, Countin Calories, Weightloss Surgery, LapBand, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, Eating Raw, Portion Control... etc..etc...

WE dont want to change their methods but we DO want to EDUCATE and promote EXERCISE as a key to reach their goals....

So the key word to success is MOTIVATION and purpose of this channel is to get together some great people that can help us troughout this journey ...
