This is DJ Impulse - THE REAL DJ IMPULSE. I've been doin this for over 15years. I know there's alot of people out there calling themselves DJ Impulse, but don't get it twisted there's only one. I don't have a problem with anyone using the name.. just as long as they're not in New York.
I was born in Guyana, raised in Brooklyn, and I now live in Queens. I love music, as I'm sure most of you do. I never got into youtube before but I started a page because my website is currently under construction. This is the easiest way for me to post music for my people.
Besides music, I will be posting video clips of some of the shows I have done, with artists like: Da'Ville, Mr. Vegas, Wayne Wonder, Cutty Ranks, Mr. Easy, Tanto Metro & Devonte, etc. And clips of shows I have played for, like: Collie Buddz, Tony Matterhorn, Sizzla, I wayne, Gyptian, T.O.K., etc. I will also post clips from some of the club parties I will be doing.
Besides being a club dj, I also do a lot of private parties (weddings, sweet 16's, etc), so don't hesitate to hit me up if you need a dj.. I play all kinds of music, but my first loves are Soca & Reggae. I also had my own radio show in New York, on LinkUp Radio 93.5fm called Mixx Masala. Once I'm back on the radio, I'll let everyone know.
Right now, I have an internet radio show called "Caribbean Fever" each & every Tuesday on elitesoundz.com from 8-11pm. Check us out! We blaze Soca, & Chutney from 8-10pm, then from 10-11pm, it's the bonus hour, where anything goes... Reggae, Hip Hop, Techno.. ANYTHING! Log on a d check us out!
