My calling here is mostly to dispell the pseudoscience of creationism. I am an atheist, probably what you would refer to as a weak atheist.

I can assure you that proving evolution wrong would not send me running to whatever religion you follow. Don't take any debates as a chance to throw around mindless evangelism. Quoting random Bible verses or rambling on about Jesus dying for our "sins" will not work. I, like most atheists, believe based on empirical evidence, not appeals to emotion.

A belief in god is not the problem. It's when you do things like try to convert people to your religion, attacking atheists or atheism or engaging in the psuedoscientific delusion known as creationism, then it's a problem.
