Write your own lyrics, design your own dance moves, write a skit, or interview someone. Your video can be about any subject with a healthy message.

Encourage preteens to get their shots, go to a check-up, eat healthy or stand up to peer-pressure. Your video's message can be funny or serious, but must be less than 5 minutes long.

To enter, create a YouTube account, upload your video, and then share it with username: immunizewithme.

Entries will be accepted until February 2009 and winners will be contacted March 2009.
