Omnislash can be obtained without any specific materia. It has a use count just like all the limit breaks below it. I got Omnislash before the very first boss by fighting tons of weak enemies.

@inityminiwur There a plenty of plays where Lin drives to his left, and they actually seem more difficult. Quite a few of them show him splitting defenders. Watch the crossover on John Wall and the dunk he finished the play with.
