I tried this and others at a beer tasting in De Groote Witte Arend in Antwerp. I didn't have time to visit the Boon brewery (I assume you mean the Brouwerij F. Boon) is it open to public tours?. Their website was only in Flemish when I last looked, and it was out of date too.
