I'm 19 years old. I like inspirational videos for my weightloss.

I removed my healthy weightloss inspirational vids private due to little kids thinking starvation is a good weightloss method. HELL ****ING NO, IT'S NOT! Starvation is something little innocent children of poor countries HAS to do because they DON'T HAVE any food. You'll lose the weight, right. And with that your hair, nails, your skin will look dry, spotty and wrinkly. And when you start eating again, your body will save everything because they think it's a crisis. Healthy eating isn't ****ing rocket science, eat wholegrains, avoid junk, eat lots of fruit and veggies with your regular foods like potato, meat/meat substitute and sauce if you have that.

I'm of average height and my bones are pretty small, so don't be too shocked.
Ultimate weightgoal; 99 lbs/45 kilos

I'll take it in baby steps though, I don't want to drop in weight and get sick :( So slow is the way to go :)
