The top part at the end of level 1-4 is the secret because once you pound the pillar you can no longer jump on it to get up to the secret which is a puzzle piece..

At the last part where you had to do the door glitch I had to keep reverting to the last save because Jun kept shooting at the enemy. Eventually after I sprinted past Jun he decided he's gonna listen now.
