The Egyptians were Black. Moses was mistaken for an Egyptian. So Moses was Black too. And Moses was a Israelite.

When God told Moses to place his hand into his bosom then take it out. Moses's hand was White. If Moses was Caucasoid it wouldn't have made sense for God to make Moses's hand White. So Moses was a darker skinned Man.

Job described himself as having black skin in Job Chapter 30.
Job 30:30 My skin is black upon me, and my bones are burned with heat.
The Israelites were described as having black skin.
Lamentations 5:10 Our skin was black like an oven because of the terrible famine.
The Israelites were described as having black faces.
Lamentations 4:8 Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it is become like a stick.
