I have my own Personal Training business in the Chicago land area. It's mainly an in home service for people who have very limited time and want results without the hassle of going to a gym. I have trained all types of people. Helped a photographer lose over 100 pounds! Started at over 400 pounds and now he's at just under 300. Great job John. Also if you need to add quality wight to your frame we can do that also. For women who want long lean muscles we have just the right program for you. It's so much more than just lifting wights.
