Yes, they did get lazy.
I was expecting a new update with, you know, actual NEW content, not a stupid reskin like the Christmas event, which was relatively fun for 2-3-4 days, but not for as long as they made it stick.
The only things I like about the new one is the Fleshpound skinl, looks pretty badass in my opinion, and the new Mr. Foster skin.
Other than that, they're rehashing old ideas.
At least they tried with previous updates.

People will start using their brains one day and read Origin's privacy terms, which basically say, flat out: "We will give every last bit of information of yours we have to third parties and people we choose, including your name, address, credit card number, social security number, hometown, brith date, e-mail, etc, etc.I'm not even joking or exaggerating, that is exactly what it says on their website.By using Origin, you agree to let EA steal every last piece of personal info they want to.
It's almost frightening how they can get away with that.

I think it's kind of pointless, because EA doesn't even come close to giving a rat's arse about what gamers think, kind of silly, because fighting for a cause that was lost from the beginning isn't exactly very productive, but still justified, because EA is doing some pretty wildly retarded things and giving some players an edge over others just because they pre-ordered the game and then asking the ones who didn't to pay for the same edge later is extremely cheap, vulgar and pathetic.
But I doubt anyone's surprised - it's EA, after all. They take credit for other people's work, shit on good developers and ruin good franchises.You've got to love them, no?
