Early morning. The dads had left for fishing, so Rachel invited Finn over. She was cooking in the kitchen with Charlie circling around her feet when the doorbell rang. Rachel turned off the stove and walked over to the door. Taking a deep breath, she exhaled and quickly put a smile on her face as her arm swung the door open.
Finn: Good morning, beautiful. What are you up to?
Rachel: (smiles from his familiar voice) Breakfast. Did you eat yet? (thinking) What are you so scared of? It's not like it's the first time you've met him or anything. Just be honest with him.
Finn: Not yet.
Rachel: I thought so. I made extra.
Finishing their meal, the two went upstairs to Rachel's bedroom where they decided to rest for a while.
Rachel: (thinking) Okay, it's time to make your move. YOU CAN DO IT RACHEL BERRY!
Suddenly, Rachel undid a few buttons on her shirt, just revealing the top of her chest. She jumped up onto her dresser, her short shorts showed off her long, tanned legs. With a confused look on his face, Finn walked over to where Rachel was. Smiling, Rachel pulled him by his shirt and leaned in. She kissed him and wrapped her arms around his neck. He pushed her hair back, suddenly kissing her more forcefully, then, stopped. Pulling away, he put his hands on her shoulder.
Finn: Rachel, what are you doing? I though you wanted to wait.
Rachel: Not anymore, I figured I should just go for it.
Rachel leaned in for another kiss but Finn was hesitant.
Finn: Rachel, I know you. And you wouldn't force this; I don't want to force you to do it either. Does this have something to do with the Santana and Quinn?
Rachel: (tears up) I just feel so useless! All the other girls have done it! Why can't I? You just might as well break up with me for being such a coward.
Finn: You are NOT useless. This is something that we do when both of us are ready and Rachel—we're held together by true love, not "that." If we ever do break up it would probably be me, for pressuring you and making you feel uncomfortable.
Rachel: Finn, I would never break up with you.
Finn: Me either.
The two kissed, both agreeing that they should wait until they were more comfortable.

Quinn hurried down the hallway with Santana and Brittani following closely behind. They faces looked serious, urgent. When they found Rachel, they immediately stopped. Guess they found their target...
Quinn: Rachel!
A little startled from the sudden yell behind her, Rachel's head swung around revealing the necklace that Finn gave her. As she closed her locker, the girls' faces suddenly changed into smiles. Now Rachel definitely knew what was going on.
Santana: We heard you had a special date with (sing-song voice) SOMEBODY....(smiles)
Brittany: (disappointed) Yeah, that's why you had to cancel Charlie and Lord Tubbington's playdate...(whispers) I think he started to cry a little...
Rachel: Oh, I'm sorry Brittany, I'll come over some other time.
Quinn: Well, what did you two do? Did you guys...you know?
Suddenly Finn appproached from behind Rachel and was about to greet them when Quinn looked up.
Quinn: FINN! GIRL TIME, HELLO?
Finn: (startled) Oh, I'm sorry...I just came to take Rachel to calculus...
Rachel: (turns around and laughs) You can come and escort me to lunch later. The girls will take me to calculus today.
Finn: (hesitant) Okay... (leaves)
Santana: So now that Mr.Frankenteen has left...go on.....
Rachel: (laughs) Okay...
Rachel explained the tour and the necklace to the girls as they squealed with excitement.
Rachel: ...and no, Quinn, we haven't done "it" yet.
Santana: Not yet?
Rachel: Well, I'm still not very confortable about the whole concept yet.
Quinn: (reassuringly) That's right, Rachel. She doesn't have to do it if she doesn't want to. It can't be rushed.
Santana: (scoffs) Well, just be sure to tell us when you do.
Rachel, Santana, and Quinn all walked into calculus while Brittany made her way to geography. Finn was sitting at the back of the room and Rachel took the seat next to him. Secretly, Quinn and Santana wanted to join, so they sat a few seats away where they could easily eavesdrop without being known. But to their disappointment, nothing happened.
Quinn: Aren't they an interesting couple...
Santana: (yawns) I'm actually paying attention to calculus instead of them.
Suddenly, with the teacher's back turned towards the class, Rachel kicked over a piece of scrunched up paper and Santana picked it up from the floor. The Quinn and Santana opened it to reveal a message written in Finn's handwriting. "Stop eavesdropping!" Scribbled underneath in Rachel's handwriting was, "...with love from Rachel and Finn." The two nervously looked over at Finn who stared at them seriously and Rachel who had a disappointed look on her face. Quinn and Santana nervously waved back at them as the bell rang for lunch.

Happy Valentine's Day Everyone! Remember to watch the Valentines Day episode today! LOTS of FINCHEL ROMANCE!!! Shout out to GLEESTORIES who inspired this story! :3
Valentine's Day. Only happens once a year, just like Christmas. But Valentine's Day is a lot more meaningful once you start dating of have someone you can spend it with. It was a Sunday morning and Finn had come over to pick Rachel up. She locked the door and climbed into his car.
Finn: Hey there, how's your Valentine's Day so far?
Rachel: It just started, (smiles) right when you got here.
Finn: Well, that's good to hear, but we still have a long day before us.
Rachel: That's what I thought, since I was forced not to make any other plans as this will "take all day." Where are we going anyways?
Finn: You'll see soon enough.
When the car stopped for a redlight, they were next to the Breadstix parking lot.
Finn: Do you remember this?
Rachel: (smiles) Our first kiss. (leans in and gives Finn a smooch)
Finally, the car came to a stop near the park. They bundled up and left, shivering as the chilled air whipped at their faces. Holding hands, the two made their way up a hill and stopped at the field on the top.
Finn: This was our first official date. The picnic.
Rachel: And the grilled cheese sandwiches for breakfast. (laughes)
Finn: (embarrassed) Yes, I'm clearly not the best cook ever.
Rachel: Yes, clearly.
Throughout the day, they went to different destinations, each containing a special memory. The path near the lake was where they said their first "I-love-you's". The fountain where they cooled off and almost got caught. The ice rink where Finn taught Rachel to skate. And when they walked past a dog park, they remembered how they first met Charlie.
Rachel: I had the worst hangover that day from Santana's party!
Finn: And we thought it was some type of raccoon at first!
Rachel stared deeply into Finn's eyes. This moment couldn't be any better for the both of them.
Rachel: I love you so much.
Finn: I love you more. More than anything in the world. Rachel, you mean a lot to me.
Rachel: And you do too, chef. (giggles)
After a long day of touring, the day was finally over. When Rachel arrived home. She was greeted by an overly-excited Charlie who ran laps around the couple.
Rachel: Well, I guess this is it. The end of our tour.
Finn: Mhm. Wait—Rachel. I have something for you.
Finn pulled out a small box from inside his coat. A golden ribbon tied a red rose to the box.
Finn: Open it. (smiles)
Rachel opens the box to find a beautiful golden necklace. It was connected to a charm that said "Finn."
Rachel: Finn...
Finn: Here let me help you put it on. I was going to get you one that says "Rachel" but you already have one. And I figured that maybe this would be a symbol—that no matter what, I'll be there for you.
Rachel turned around and looked at Finn. Tear welled up in her eyes. She gave him a hug and kissed him goodnight. Wiping away her tears, Finn smiled back down at Rachel.
Finn: Happy Valentine's Day.
