I.S.R. (Intellectual Spiritual Revolution) Is a Hip-Hop duo from Queens, NY consisting of members Frank Silvah and Proficient. The two artists, who are originally solo, were introduced through mutual friend and fellow musician TidalFriction in late 2006 and have since been making relevant and ground breaking music that is respected and acclaimed by fans all over the world. I.S.R released their debut album "The 3rd Power"" which showcased their earth shattering lyrics over production by Canada's Abstrack and Jape from Houston, Texas. The album received respect and acclaim from supporters all over the world based on its quality production and sound influenced by J-Dilla and many of Hip-Hop's elite record producers.

I.S.R was also featured on West Coast producer Dj Woool's compilation album entitled "Woool In Sheeps Clothing" alongside artists KillahPriest, 12 O Clock, and other Wu-Tang Clan affiliates. I.S.R. is currently finishing their second album together and will soon be releasing an EP completely produced by DJ Woool entitled "Global Chronicles." Intellectual Spiritual Revolution is a precursor to the future of the genre, an example of two complete emcees that are good in every aspect of lyricism, song writing, and performing.
